Prize Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By downloading the Crows Nest® app to enter this drawing, you consent to the following contest rules:

1. Eligibility:
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Contestants must be attendees of the PMI Global Summit 2024.
- Contestants must fill out the Crows Nest signup form and download the free version of the Crows Nest app.

2. Random Selection:
- One winner will be randomly selected from eligible participants.
- The winner will be chosen using a fair and transparent method (a random drawing from the Wheel of Names).

2.1 Consent Clause:
By participating, you consent to CORBEAU using your name on the Wheel of Names for the drawing and on its social media channels to announce the prize winner.

3. Presence Requirement:
- Contestants must be present at our booth on Friday, September 20, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. PDT. during the giveaway to be eligible to win.
- If the winner is not present, an alternate winner will be selected.

4. Prize Description:
- The prize is a custom Montblanc Extreme 3.0 mini messenger bag (a $1,125 value).
- This leather bag is compact, stylish, and perfect for your on-the-go lifestyle.
- The messenger bag is spacious enough for your daily essentials and can be over the shoulder.

5. Claim Period:
The winner must claim their prize on Friday, September 2024, at 2:30 p.m. PDT.

6. Exclusions:
Employees of CORBEAU and their family members are excluded from participating.

7. Liability and Indemnification:
CORBEAU is not responsible for any issues related to the prize.

8. Privacy and Data Collection:
- Participant data including your first and last name, email, and company name will be collected and stored in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for future marketing opportunities. This data will be collected, used, and protected in a way that complies with local, state, and national data security laws and regulations.
- By entering this giveaway, you consent to CORBEAU collecting your contact information mentioned above.
