By voluntarily providing us with Personal Information, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Corbeau reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically and particularly before you provide any Personal Information. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective immediately when posted online at the Site or at the online location of the Application. Your continued use of the Site or Application after any modifications or amendments to the Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of the modified or amended Privacy Policy.
A. CORBEAU POLICY
Welcome to the website (the “Site”) or the mobile application (the “Application”) of Corbeau Tech, LLC and Corbeau IP Holdings, LLC (collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Corbeau,” “we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy gives information to users of the Site or Application (“you” or “your”) about Corbeau’s practices with respect to information relating to or that could reasonably be associated with an individual (“Personal Information”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION OR SITE.
Corbeau IP Holdings, LLC is a business-to-business provider of the Crow’s Nest application (“Application”), and Corbeau Tech, LLC is a business-to-business provider of professional consulting services. The Application is intended to help organizations achieve clarity regarding potential project roadblocks and minimize risks of costly errors in project performance. Corbeau provides consulting services and the Application only in the United States, and neither are intended to be available to individuals outside the United States or in a personal capacity.
B. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you interact with Corbeau through the Application or Site, we may collect and use certain Personal Information described below.
1. Information You Provide Voluntarily
Website Visitors and Application Use
We collect information you decide to share with us through the use of the Application and through our Site. If you use certain aspects of the Site or Application, such as filling out a form or request for us to contact you, we may ask you to provide us with Personal Information about yourself, such as your name, business email, job title, company name, and business phone number. The same information may be requested because of your relationship as an employee or contractor of our customer or a prospective customer. If your use of the Application allows you to upload a photo of yourself, you may allow us access to your camera and photo album.
2. Information Collected Automatically
a. Do Not Track Requests
Some web browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature. This feature lets you tell websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. These features are not yet uniform across browsers. Our Site is not currently set up to respond to these signals.
b. Website Visitors
When you visit the Site, we and third parties that provide Site functionality and analysis regarding Site usage may receive, collect, and store certain types of information through automatic data collection tools, including “cookies” described below or similar technologies. Information regarding your use of the Site, such as IP address, browser type, and device type, may also be collected and used by Corbeau or service providers. The information gathered automatically is used to improve the Site and your overall experience.
c. Cookies
Cookies are pieces of data stored on your device that perform numerous functions. We and our service providers use cookies to help us understand how you navigate through the Site and to provide a more personalized and convenient experience. We may also use cookies to assess which areas of our Site you visit, customize the Site content you see, and to remarket to you after you leave our Site. To opt out of Google’s use of cookies or device identifiers, visit Google’s Ads Settings. To opt out of third-party advertisers’ use of cookies, visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page or control the use of device identifiers by using your device’s settings.
d. Web Beacons
Web beacons, sometimes known as pixel tags, are small transparent images that are used to track the online movements of web users. Unlike cookies, web beacons are only embedded in the website itself and are not stored on a user’s hard drive. We may use web beacons to collect information about website usage and email responses.
C. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Corbeau does not sell or rent Personal Information to third parties, but your Personal Information may be used or shared in the following situations without further notice:
1. Perform Services and Provide Application
We use Personal Information to fulfill requests regarding the use of the Application and to otherwise deliver Corbeau services. We may also share Personal Information with contractors, agents, and service providers who assist us in performing services and analyzing and improving the Site and Application. Use of Personal Information is based on one or more of the following: (1) you have given consent for one or more specific purposes; (2) as necessary to perform contractual obligations to our customers or to an individual under any terms of use regarding visiting the Site or use of the Application; (3) as necessary to comply with our legal obligations; and (4) as necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party. Please note, with respect to subsection (2) above, this Privacy Policy is not a contract between us and you.
2. Business Changes
Personal Information may be shared in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, receivership, the sale or transfer of all or a portion of our assets or similar arrangement. If so, your Personal Information will be shared with parties involved in the arrangement or transaction and may be transferred to a successor or affiliate organization as a result.
3. Promotional Communication
When you visit the Site or use the Application, we may use Personal Information that we receive about you to send you information about new features, opportunities, or products. If you have agreed to receive marketing information, you may always opt-out by either using the unsubscribe link in a marketing communication or by contacting us directly using the information at the end of this Privacy Policy.
4. Legal Disclosure Requirement
We may disclose Personal Information to third parties when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate (1) to comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, court orders, and the like; (2) to enforce or give effect to written agreements that we are party to; or (3) to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our employees, other Site or Application users, or the public.
5. Improvement
We may retain the metadata and content of any communication you have with us, regardless of the subject matter or the mode of communication. This information helps us to improve our products and services, as well as the Site and Application, the content, materials, opportunities, and services that we feature or describe on the Site or Application, and to more effectively and efficiently respond to both current and future inquiries.
6. Access of Application Through Apple
If you use Apple Keychain to automatically log into the Application, your user login information is shared with Apple, Inc. For information on how Apple, Inc. uses this information, go to www.apple.com/privacy.
D. EXCLUSIONS
1. Links to Third-Party Websites or Mobile Applications
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and Application. Use of the Site or Application may involve links to other websites or applications provided by companies other than Corbeau (“Third-Party Providers”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to such sites or applications offered or provided by Third-Party Providers, and Corbeau does not endorse or review sites or applications provided by Third-Party Providers. You may wish to contact those Third-Party Providers directly for information on their privacy practices.
2. Information Not Collected by Site or Application and Unsolicited Information
This Privacy Policy does not apply to Personal Information collected by Corbeau other than Personal Information collected through use of the Site or Application. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you provide that we did not request, whether through use of the Site or Application or provided in some other way. This includes but is not limited to information posted to public areas of the Site or Application and ideas for new products, enhancements to existing products, and other unsolicited information (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information is deemed to be owned by us and non-confidential, and we are free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute Unsolicited Information without limitation or attribute.
3. Children’s Personal Information
Neither the Site nor Application is directed at persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 years of age nor do we have any reasonable grounds for believing that children under the age of 13 are accessing our Site or the Application. If we do learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information. 4. International Users
The Site and Application is not intended to be used outside the United States. However, if you are using either the Site or Application outside the United States, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your Personal Information and other information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws may be less stringent or different in the United States or other countries than in your country of residence. You expressly consent to the processing of your Personal Information and other information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
E. SECURITY AND STORAGE
1. Our Measures.
We take technical and organizational measures designed to protect your Personal Information, to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, neither the internet nor any technology is guaranteed to be fully secure or without error, and Corbeau cannot and does not guarantee that Personal Information provided to us will not be lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the appropriate use and safeguarding of any login information regarding the use of the Site and Application. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your login ID and password, to your Personal Information, and to your computer.
3. Retention and Deletion of Personal Information
We delete the Personal Information we retain once we determine that the purpose for which it was collected, or a compatible purpose, is complete unless a longer period is required (i) by law or to comply with legal obligations; (ii) to resolve disputes; or (iii) to protect our legal rights.

1. Potential Specific Data Privacy Rights
Some rights, such as the right to access, delete, correct, and object to the processing of Personal Information and similar rights, may apply to you, and some may not, but for clarity, this section is intended to give you notice that you may have certain legal rights regarding Personal Information collected or used by us. However, if you withdraw your consent, this may impact the ability for us to provide our services, and the Application may be unavailable for use.
